At LVS Oxford we decided to merge Neurodiversity and Autism Awareness week together so the students can come together and celebrate their differences.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences.

It aims to transform how neurodivergent individuals are perceived and supported by providing schools, universities, and organisations with the opportunity to recognise the many talents and advantages of being neurodivergent, while creating more inclusive and equitable cultures that celebrate differences and empower every individual.

To that end, we have launched The Neurodiversity Lecture Series. These are pre-recorded TED style talks, roughly 20 minutes long with in-house and external experts talking in depth on subjects of autism and neurodiversity.

Similarly Autism Awareness Week is about increasing understanding and acceptance of people with autism, fostering worldwide support.
