Student Liam has secured a full time apprenticeship as a chef. Staff at the school and his family are very proud of him.
Liam demonstrated an interest in becoming a Chef during his time at school and the staff encouraged him to follow this interest by joining the Chef's at school in the kitchen. He then began a work experience placement at The Wiremill pub in Sussex one day a week for a year. Tim Foster who owns the pub said "Liam was so good, and we enjoyed having him around so much, we extended his placement beyond the original three months."
