Students at LVS Oxford celebrated an excellent set of exam results last August, enabling many of them to take up courses at mainstream colleges. The results included an 8 (high A grade) in English language to maintain the school’s 100% 4-9 record in the subject since it began offering GCSEs in 2016. Notably, the 8 in English language GCSE came from a Year 10 student taking the exam a year early.
For the second consecutive year, the school achieved 100% attainment in all BTEC courses, helping to prepare students for independent futures in further education destinations and employment. In total, 54 BTEC certificates were awarded to Sixth Form students.
In entry level and functional skills English and Maths, the school also achieved 100% pass rates with students attaining 11 entry level certificates and 18 functional skills certificates.
