Deputy Head - Learning & Achievement

LVS Oxford wishes to appoint an outstanding individual to take on the role of Deputy Head - Learning & Achievement.  The successful individual will be responsible for learner progress and the co-ordination and implementation of a challenging, stimulating and relevant curriculum across all departments of each school.

An understanding of the needs of students on the autism spectrum is essential.  The successful candidate will deputise for the Head of Centre; be responsible for and lead a highly motivated team; be dynamic, decisive and diplomatic with proven excellent communicaton at all levels.  The post holder will hold QTS and have substantial experience in working with learners with an ASD.  It is expected that you will have senior management experience and be able to demonstrate both the academic and pastoral expertise required for this post.
