Facilities Manager

Reporting to the Estates & Projects Director, the Facilities Manager at LVS Oxford will assume accountability for the estates function of this site. The role will involve regular dialogue with the Head of Centre and other members of staff to ensure an effective and expeditious service is maintained.

The post holder will be required to take a professional and proactive approach to grounds and buildings maintenance, and on-going improvement of the site, with awareness of the need to ensure compliance with all relevant legislative, regulatory and good practice management, treating Health and Safety as a priority in all aspects of the operation. He/she will be a good communicator with a customer service focus, and have the ability to work well in a busy and varied environment.

The school grounds and premises are used by another independent school as a residential boarding facility when not used by LVS Oxford. The post holder will provide a customer focused service to meet their expectations in respect of condition, appearance and safety of the site.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
