Students diagnosed with autism including Asperger’s Syndrome and related conditions will really progress with us. We offer a structured educational environment and an approach that focuses on developing young people's independence and confidence, whilst equipping them with the functional skills needed for employment and dealing with everyday life.
Led by Louisa Allison-Bergin, Head of School, the experienced team of teachers and teaching assistants at LVS Oxford are passionate about providing a positive and nurturing learning environment for young people with a diagnosis of autism or Asperger’s Syndrome. We have a therapy team on-site which includes a speech & language therapist and an occupational therapist, a qualified nurse and a part-time psychotherapist.

Many of the tasks the students undertake will help build competencies in citizenship, relating to others, managing situations and working as part of a team - all key to being fulfilled and employable adults.
